1. Final evaluation of Strengthening Livelihoods and Resilience of Crises-Affected Communities Project, in Puntland and Jubaland States, Somalia.
Project was implemented by Vétérinaires Sans Frontières Germany (VSF-G) and Secours Islamique France (SIF) – April – June 2024
- To assess the performance of the project, its contribution to the achievement of the overall objective.
- Identify lessons learnt during the implementation of the project and best practices to inform future programming in similar contexts.
- Examine accountability towards the donor (BMZ) as per grant guidelines, the stakeholders, and the direct beneficiaries.
- Make recommendations to the implementing agencies, the donor, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders of the project.
2. End Term Evaluation (ETE) of Integrated Livelihoods Development Disaster Reduction Project (ILDDR) Implemented by VSF Germany in Kenya, Ethiopia and South Sudan – November 2023 – March 2024
Assessing and establishing the relevance and appropriateness of the project, the level of efficiency and effectiveness of the project implementation, to determine the contribution made by project Outputs towards achieving the Project Objectives, and how Assumptions and Risks influenced (positively/ negatively) project achievements. The evaluation also determined project quality and accountability towards beneficiaries.
